Gas Boiler Upgrades
We install and commission the latest, A-rated gas boilers. Most of our new boiler installations are gas boiler replacements, where older models have simply reached the end of their working life. Most boilers have a good ten years in them, then they start to become expensive to repair, as well as operating at as low as 60% efficiency. It simply makes sense to switch up.
New Heating Controls
With heating control technology improving all the time, many of our customers want to upgrade their existing controllers. New models enable you to create heating zones within your home, set different temperatures and communicate with room or radiator thermostats. They’ll also run the hot water and heating as separate systems (no more firing everything up just for a quick shower). You can even upgrade to a smart, app-controlled system that lets you control your heating remotely.
SEAI Home Energy Grant Applications
New heating controls can really make your heating system far more energy efficient - so you qualify for one of SEAI’s home energy grants. When you arrange your gas boiler upgrade, talk to us about a heating controls grant to go with it, as we can apply on your behalf. If you’re thinking about installing a solar water heating system, we can also help you apply for an SEAI grant for that.
Gas Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Look after your boiler by having it serviced annually. Our registered engineers will carry out a thorough test and clean, and provide a certificate for your fully functioning boiler. We can also source and fit any replacement parts.

Help You Improve Your Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate
A good building energy rating is essential if you’re selling or renting out your property. The BER certificate scheme rates homes based on their energy efficiency, from A to G. A is the gold-standard, and we can help you getting closer to this with our gas boiler replacement service. A typical older boiler operates at about 60-70% efficiency - think of all that wasted energy. Good quality, new models work on at least 90% efficiency, instantly improving your BER as well as reducing your monthly bills.
