The SEAI offers grants towards heating control and solar panel costs, provided they form part of a bigger energy-efficiency project.
The scheme is available to any homeowner in Ireland, including owners of buy-to-let properties. To qualify for the heating control grant, your property needs to date from before 2006, or 2011 for the solar heating system support.
